BP Technology: the brain behind your spa
BP compatibility means that the panel can communicate correctly with BP electronic control systems, the operational core of the spa. These systems manage essential functions such as hydromassage pumps, the heater, lighting, filtration, sensors and temperature regulation. This ensures smoother, more stable and faster communication between the panel and the spa’s control system.
What if my spa is equipped with Touch Panel 3?
Spas equipped with Touch Panel 3 can also be controlled from a smartphone, although with a different configuration: they require an additional Wi-Fi module and operate through the Balboa Worldwide App. At home, local control is free of charge. From other locations, Cloud Mode can be activated through a subscription, with free trial periods available.
In comparison, Touch Panel 4 offers a simpler and more streamlined experience thanks to its integrated Wi-Fi connectivity.
