This is possible thanks to Touch Panel 4, the technology that enables remote control and programming integrated into the BALBOA® system of our spas. While the BALBOA® system manages the spa’s essential functions — such as activating the massage pumps, regulating the temperature or controlling filtration cycles — Touch Panel 4 takes this management to a fully remote environment, accessible from any mobile device running Android or iOS.
Spas equipped with Touch Panel 4 operate through the Control My Spa app, which is currently free of charge and provides an intuitive, fast and barrier-free control experience. In addition, from 2026 onwards, all manufactured spas will include Touch Panel 4 as standard, establishing this technology as the benchmark in connectivity and user experience. Beyond convenience, this solution becomes a strategic tool for improving energy efficiency, enabling consumption to be optimised according to the user’s habits and preferences.

BP compatibility means that the panel is able to operate correctly with BP electronic control systems, which are the operational core of the spa. These systems manage key functions such as the hydromassage pumps, the heater, the lighting, filtration, sensors and temperature settings. In the case of Touch Panel 4, this compatibility applies to BP systems with software version 9.0 or later, ensuring optimal communication between the panel and the control system. This translates into smoother operation, faster response times and greater stability in the spa’s overall performance.
What happens if my spa has Touch Panel 3?
