At Aquavia Spa we continue working to improve the energy efficiency and performance of our products.
For this reason, we are pleased to announce a new development applied to the Stainless Steel range, specifically to the following models:
- Innovibe 6 (code 77793)
- Innovibe 8 (code 77777)
- Innovibe 10 (code 77794)
After various comparative tests carried out on these models, we have validated the benefits of the Full Foam insulation system applied to the back of the hot tub , obtaining significant improvements in both energy consumption and temperature preservation.
A validation based on real-world testing
The tests carried out compared different hot tub configurations, with and without a cover, and with and without Full Foam insulation:

*The temperature ramp reflects the speed at which the hot tub heats and maintains the water temperature.
The aim of these tests was to analyze the thermal behavior of the hot tub and measure the direct impact on energy consumption.
Main findings of the tests
Tests confirm that the cover remains the component with the greatest impact on reducing energy consumption. The cover is the element that most significantly reduces energy consumption, with an approximate 60% improvement compared to a hot tub without a cover.
The combination of cover and full foam provides maximum efficiency. With this configuration, the hot tub was able to maintain its temperature for an entire weekend without activating the heating element.
The Cover + Full Foam combination is currently the configuration with the lowest energy consumption in the range.
For this reason, from now on the Innovibe 6, Innovibe 8, and Innovibe 10 models will be manufactured as standard with a Full Foam configuration.
This improvement is included without any increase in the RRP.
With this change, we further reinforce the positioning of the Stainless Steel range as an efficient, competitive solution ready to respond to the new market demands in terms of energy saving and thermal comfort.
