We would like to inform you that on July 1, 2019, a fire broke out at our Aquavia Spa production plant in Cervera, Lleida. Fortunately, there were no personal injuries. The company complied with all mandatory prevention measures and followed the safety plan established by the industry at all times. We are currently waiting to receive a report specifying the consequences of the fire, but the losses have been considerable. During the week of the incident, the Management Committee held several meetings to begin reorganizing the employees and determine the action plan to follow. The Aquavia Spa team is actively working to define the new project, in order to continue with our hot tubs and swimspas manufacturing project. We would like to convey our most sincere and emotional gratitude for all the displays of support and affection received from customers, suppliers and other collaborators.
