Currently, the company has 100 professionals on staff and has begun to implement different actions to encourage more women to access different positions in the company, trying to promote female talent. Thanks to this, one of the current consequences is that the management team is made up of 5 men and 3 women, so decision-making is beginning to get closer to parity.
